I had the clay treatment by mags and I couldn't be more grateful of what it's done for my hair. It's always soft i don't have to dry it without it going frizzy and even when it's dry i don't have to straighten . Mags is always really friendly great knowledge. And amazing customer service

I visited the Salon 361 last Saturday and was not kept waiting and had my hair done by Phil he had to correct my haircut from another hairdressers(my hair was longer on one side than the other) I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said no problem and it now looks the best haircut I have ever had, so many nice comments from work colleges, and I feel 10 years younger. thank you Phil I will be going back soon xxx

Went into the salon feeling very worried about how my infills would go, considering in a previous salon they were awful. However I cannot thank the staff at Salon 361 enough for making my nails look the best they ever have!! I love them and will defiantly be coming back.

Have had my nails done here twice in the last three weeks. I am so pleased with them, plus lovely young girl did them both times. I’ve had my hair cut and blow dried by Joe this morning , I am over the moon with it, and have booked to have my colours done there too. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Anyone looking for a walk in hairdressers I highly recommend Salon 361 in Benfleet, 10 mins from Wickford. They did a fab job with both my boys hair & they took my sons additional needs & his struggles in their stride, made me feel very welcome! Staff lovely, especially a lady called Mags! I visited the salon for the first time and was not disappointed. For me, going to the hairdressers is a very nerve wracking experience as I’ve not had much luck previously visiting salons. Eloise was lovely and I can’t give her enough credit for her amazing work doing balyage in my hair. I was offered refreshments, everyone was friendly and I’m looking forward to revisiting.

Had a lovely massage and facial on Wednesday. I felt welcomed with being offered refreshments and the treatment was really good. The girl that done the message and facial was very thorough and very professional, not to mention friendly. Made me feel very at ease. Thank you Salon 361, I’ll be returning!!!

Went there yesterday with my daughter and she had shellac done while I had a spray tan..the girls did a great job at both and I went back today to have acrylics done by Joe..me and daughter would highly recommend this salon.
